Shipping Policy
Because waiting is the hardest part (we get it).
Delivery Times
We do our absolute best to get your Solulu goodies to you fast. That said, delivery timeframes are a guide and can be affected by things like public holidays, wild weather, or those pesky unforeseen postal delays we can’t control.
All online orders are shipped out from sunny Queensland, and follow the Queensland public holidays. We use Australia Post for both Standard and Express deliveries within Australia.
Delays Happen
During peak times like Christmas, public holidays, and big sales, deliveries might take a little longer. For the latest on your order, just reach out to our friendly Customer Care Team.
Australia Post may also experience delays.
For the quickest delivery, we recommend choosing Express Shipping at checkout on eligible orders. Express Shipping will be at an additional cost, however standard shipping is included for purchases over $100 for non B2B clients. (please note: aerosols are excluded from express).

Australian Delivery
Retail Orders:

Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): $9.95 / Free orders over $100

Express Delivery (1–3 business days): $14.95 flat / Free with orders over $180
(Aerosol items attract an extra shipping fee)
Professional Orders:

FREE Standard Delivery for orders over $250
Otherwise, $14.95 flat
All orders are courier-tracked and delivered straight to your door.
Best to provide a delivery address where someone will be around 9am–5pm to accept it.
No one home? Your parcel will head to the nearest post office or depot for pick-up.
A few regional notes:

Rural or semi-rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

WA, TAS, NT, and regional areas can take up to 7 business days.

Some areas have restricted delivery (especially with signature requirements), so your postie might get creative.
Aerosols
Unfortunately, our aerosol products can’t fly international. They stay grounded in Australia only
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once you place your order, we’ll send a confirmation email within 24 hours. Didn’t get it? Check your spam, then contact us if it’s gone MIA.
We rely on the data from www.solulu.com.au to manage and verify all transactions. In case of any dispute, that data will be used as the final say on the order details.
Returns & Good Vibes Policy
At Solulu, we want you to love your glow—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Bought from one of our lovely stockists?
Since Solulu products are sold through our amazing retail partners, we’re unable to process returns for purchases made in-store or through other websites. If you need to return or exchange a product, just pop back to where you bought it and check their return policy. (And don’t forget your receipt!)

Changed your mind? No worries! You can return new and unused goodies within 14 days of receiving them. We’ll happily refund the product cost (minus shipping and handling).

Sending back an aerosol? Reach out to us first, as they can’t travel by regular post.

We can only accept returns on items bought directly from www.solulu.com.au.

Due to hygiene (and a splash of common sense), we can’t accept returns on our Reusable Cup, Reusable Bottle, Application and Exfoliation Mitts. Got questions? Drop us a line at hello@solulu.com.au—we’re always up for a chat.
Oops! Ordered the wrong thing?
Once an order is placed, it’s off and running—we can’t make changes to the items. But once your order lands, feel free to send it back (as long as it meets the return conditions above).
Need to cancel your order?
Once your order hits our warehouse, we’re not able to cancel it. BUT once it arrives, you’re welcome to return it. We’ve got you.
Something’s not right?
If your Solulu product arrives with a defect or something’s gone wrong, let us know within 14 days. We’ll replace it—no fuss, no stress. (Refunds aren’t our go-to, but we’re always fair!)
